I’m Anastacia Prince, an operations, production, and supply chain partner who thrives on bringing structure to complexity.
With nearly two decades of experience across beauty, fashion, and CPG, I’ve built my career around helping brands and teams bring ideas to life through thoughtful execution, strong operational systems, and seamless coordination.
I’ve always been drawn to the work behind the scenes—the systems, timelines, and moving parts that turn an idea into something real. That’s led me to roles spanning operations management, supply chain, and live event production, where no two projects look the same—but all require the same level of precision and follow-through.
Most recently, serving as Director of Operations at FE NOEL and previously as Director of Operations & Supply Chain Operations at VIOLETTE_FR, leading operational strategy, logistics, and cross-functional execution in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
In addition to operational leadership, I’ve led production for large-scale fashion and beauty experiences, including TEXTURE ON SET and FE NOEL NYFW presentations—overseeing show flow, vendor coordination, logistics, and behind-the-scenes execution from concept through completion.
